Day treatment offers comprehensive outpatient treatment for individuals with addiction problems that are transitioning from an inpatient level of care, or for those who need more structure than outpatient treatment can provide.

Outpatient Counseling Services

Our outpatient program offers individual, couple, family, and group counseling. We serve men, women & adolescents. 

           Day Treatment (IOP)

        Monday - Thursday

         9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

       For 4- 6  weeks

        (depending on client needs)

                           We are Driver Education

         Evaluation Program Certified (DEEP) 

  Crooked River Counseling offers Evaluations and Treatment for individuals who have had an OUI and need to meet DEEP program requirements.

    We accept most insurances and have a sliding fee  scale                                       for our self pay clients.
